Located in the heart of the Waalsprong, in Nijmegen-Lent’s Hof van Holland, Living-Inn is now fully realized and faithfully alive with community spirit. Residents of all ages - from starters to the plus generation -share this space, creating a caring, connected community together.

The building now houses thoughtfully designed apartments for seniors, apartments for starters, and a dedicated care wing including special units for couples. Light care and 24/7 intensive care are available on-site-personalized, life-course-proof, and focused on individual life stories. Every home is bright, step-free, includes its own outdoor space, and is equipped with smart home technology.

A community that thrives
Living-Inn feels like a village inside the city. Residents meet in the café, the swimming pool, the library, or the courtyard. Services include a physiotherapist, library, salon, and even a daycare - open to the neighborhood too. Community manager Isolde builds bonds, organizes introductions by “link groups,” and ensures that neighbors feel seen and connected.

In use and still growing
