Parck Warande - living with character along the Warandelaan

On the southern edge of Oosterhout, along the stately Warandelaan, lies Parck Warande - a place where living, care and nature come together in a peaceful, park-like setting.

The project consists of three small-scale buildings with 30 owner-occupied apartments and 35 assisted living apartments. Light, space and comfort form the foundation. Each apartment features a generous balcony, private storage and ample parking.

The location makes Parck Warande truly special. With the Wilhelmina Canal on one side and the lively city just around the corner, this is a place that naturally combines tranquillity and accessibility. Sports facilities, shops and the historic city centre of Oosterhout are within walking distance, while major roads are easily reached.

Roozen van Hoppe has been involved in Parck Warande from the very beginning. Together with our partners, we created a living environment that feels right - thoughtful, sustainable and made with care for one another.
