At Aan de Maas 14 in Best, we brought an entire distribution center back to life
The former Aldi facility underwent a complete transformation and now meets the logistics standards of today and tomorrow.

Space renewed, function strengthened
The existing warehouse, including offices and a cold store, was fully upgraded. We carefully removed the old cold store and added a total of 50 new dock doors along both long facades. This gives the building the flexibility modern logistics operations require.

A new look within the same footprint
Within the existing volume, we created a new office that matches the building’s functions and appearance. The warehouse received new façade cladding, while the office wing was finished with high-quality Alucobond panels. The result is a fresh, professional and future-focused look.

A roof ready for tomorrow
The entire roof - more than 27,000 m2 - was renewed with upgraded insulation and durable roofing. With this upgrade, the building meets current energy standards and is prepared for further sustainability improvements.

A lot achieved in a short time
Between January and July 2025, the distribution center was transformed step by step into a modern logistics location. A place that works. That adds value. And that’s ready for the future.
