Workinn Waalwijk: your place to live, work and feel at home

Since October 2020, Waalwijk has been home to a forward-thinking short-stay campus: Workinn.
But Workinn is much more than just a place to sleep. It’s where international employees live, work, and unwind. Comfort, quality, privacy, and convenience form the foundation. Residents live in smart, innovative spaces with just that little bit extra.

The campus opened in June 2020 and now accommodates around 400 international employees, spread across three residential buildings. Each resident has a private bedroom and shares a kitchen and living room with five others. And with an on-site restaurant, shop, gym, and relaxation areas, everything you need is right there.

Workinn was built with care for both people and the planet. We used recycled concrete and installed solar panels on the rooftops. Together with our partners, we’ve created a place where people feel welcome and free to be themselves.
