The building has a constructed surface area of 22,300m2 and stands on a plot of 37,800m2.
Airopack Technology Group (ATG) is the current user of the building.

The construction was started in November 2012. The company site was handed over in July 2013. The building has a constructed surface area of 22.300m2 and stands on a plot of 37,800m2.
Since mid 2017 the building is in use by Airopack Technology Group (ATG). Airopack is the planet friendly, virtually all plastic aerosol that’s powered purely by air. There are no gas propellants or chemicals – just an ingeniously designed pressure control device, your product and pure clean air.
