Roozen van Hoppe has realized a new industrial hall with office at business park Midden-Brabant Poort on behalf of EVS (formerly AXON). The total built area of the business premises is approx. 3,925 m2, consisting of approx. 2,600m2 of offices, approx. 523m2 of warehouse, approx. 426 m2 of technical space and approx. 376 m2 of mezzanine floor.
The complex is located on a plot of land of 5.574m2. Construction started in August 2013. The business premises were completed in January 2014.
Business park Midden-Brabant Poort is the newest business park in the municipality of Gilze en Rijen. Located on the A58, between Breda and Tilburg, and within reasonable travel distance of Antwerp, Rotterdam and Eindhoven. The business park is excellently accessible and a real asset to the region.
